Terms of Use

These terms describe the basic rules for using Arc108 and its devotional mantra practice features around the world.

Agreement

  • By using Arc108, users agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, app store rules, and applicable local laws.
  • If local law gives users rights that cannot be waived, these terms do not limit those rights.
  • For support, privacy, subscription, referral, or account deletion questions, email support@arc108.in.

App use

  • Arc108 provides devotional mantra practice, lyrics, audio, guided sadhanas, routines, reminders, saved lists, history, anonymous community totals, and spiritual journey features.
  • Mantra, remedy, and spiritual journey content is devotional support only. It is not medical, mental health, legal, financial, astrology, or emergency advice.
  • Users remain responsible for safe device use, correct account details, respectful app use, and following local laws and platform rules.
  • Do not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with sync or billing systems, scrape data, abuse referrals, or use the app for unlawful activity.

Accounts and access

  • Users may sign in with supported login methods to sync routines, practice history, saved mantras, guided sadhana progress, spiritual journey progress, referral status, trial status, and Pro access.
  • Use the same account to avoid separate profiles across Google, Apple, email, phone where enabled, or other supported login methods. Connected login methods may be used to restore access to the same account.
  • Pro access should be purchased only after signing in so it can be restored to the same account.
  • Users may request account and synced data deletion from the app or at arc108.in/delete-account.

Progress and community features

  • Spiritual Journey stages and practice statistics are motivational app features based on recorded activity. They do not certify spiritual attainment or guarantee personal, health, financial, relationship, or other outcomes.
  • Global Sadhana community figures are anonymous aggregate totals and may be delayed, estimated, corrected, or unavailable.
  • Users remain responsible for reviewing session settings and recorded history. Service interruption, local-device changes, account state, or sync limitations can affect progress availability.

Subscriptions and purchases

  • The current access model may include Starter, Pro Yearly, and Pro Lifetime tiers, depending on store availability and user region.
  • The app may provide a limited app-side Sadhana/full-access trial for signed-in users. During an active trial, paid-access app areas may be opened without creating a store subscription.
  • The app store checkout shows final price, taxes, renewal terms, and available payment methods before purchase.
  • The Pro Yearly subscription renews annually unless cancelled through the app store before renewal.
  • Pro Lifetime is planned as one-time lifetime app access for the supported Pro features, subject to store rules and continued app operation.
  • Cancellation, renewal, payment method, refund, taxes, family sharing availability, and billing disputes are managed by the app store.
  • Store purchases may be unavailable until the products are fully approved, fetchable from the relevant store, and configured in RevenueCat.

Referral rewards

  • A friend code can be used once before the user makes an eligible paid subscription purchase.
  • After the paid subscription is confirmed, the referred account and the referrer account can each receive 1 bonus month.
  • A user can earn up to 12 bonus months per year from successful paid referrals.
  • Referral rewards require backend purchase validation and may be withheld, delayed, reversed, or removed for fraud, abuse, self-referral, refund, chargeback, failed payment, account deletion, store reversal, or policy violation.

Content, availability, and changes

  • Arc108 may change Starter and Pro features, mantra availability, audio availability, text corrections, referral rules, support processes, or account features over time.
  • Purchased access will be handled according to app store rules and applicable law.
  • The app may be updated, suspended, limited, or discontinued where required for legal, technical, security, platform, or business reasons.

Deletion and disputes

  • Deletion requests require ownership verification before account-linked synced data is deleted or anonymized.
  • Deleting an Arc108 account does not cancel active app store subscriptions. Subscription cancellation must be handled from the relevant app store account.
  • Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights, privacy rights, app store rights, or legal protections that apply in a user location.
