Privacy Policy

Arc108 is offered for users around the world. This policy explains what data the app collects, why it is used, who helps process it, and how users can request access, correction, deletion, or support.

Privacy contact

For privacy, support, subscription, referral, or account deletion questions, email support@arc108.in.

Data we collect

  • Account identifiers such as email address, Google account ID, Apple account ID, phone number where enabled or connected, Supabase user ID, and display name when you sign in or connect a supported login method.
  • Practice data such as saved mantras, lists, routines, reminders, practice history, completed listening time, guided sadhana progress and completion dates, spiritual journey progress, full-access trial status, and Pro access status.
  • Consent records such as the version and time of acceptance for the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, or other notices shown in the app.
  • Anonymous Global Sadhana totals grouped by spiritual journey stage. Public community totals do not show individual identities or individual practice histories.
  • Purchase and entitlement data from your app store and RevenueCat, including product, subscription, renewal, restore, and referral attribution status. Card, bank, and UPI details are handled by the app store and are not stored in Arc108.
  • Referral data such as your referral code, a friend code you apply, reward status, yearly reward limits, and purchase-confirmation status needed to validate referral rewards.
  • Support and deletion request data such as the message you send, account label, user ID, email, phone number, and related verification details.
  • App diagnostics, crash logs, analytics events, notification tokens, device or app identifiers, and basic technical information needed for security, fraud prevention, reliability, and troubleshooting.
  • When you choose voice search, your device speech-recognition service processes microphone audio and returns recognized search text. Arc108 does not store the microphone recording.

Data we do not sell or intentionally collect

  • Arc108 does not sell personal data.
  • Arc108 does not intentionally collect precise location, contacts, camera images, health records, payment card numbers, bank account numbers, or government ID numbers.
  • Arc108 is not designed for targeted advertising or data broker sharing.

How data is used

  • To sign users in, keep accounts secure, sync practice data, restore Pro access, and support account recovery.
  • To save user-selected routines, reminders, saved mantras, lists, practice history, completed listening time, guided sadhana progress, and spiritual journey progress.
  • To maintain auditable consent records and provide anonymous, aggregated Global Sadhana community totals.
  • To process subscriptions, lifetime access, purchase restore, referral attribution, reward validation, fraud prevention, refunds, chargebacks, and support requests.
  • To send local reminders or app notifications when enabled by the user.
  • To convert speech into search text only when you press a voice-search microphone.
  • To improve reliability, measure basic app usage, diagnose crashes, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure.
  • To comply with law, platform rules, valid legal requests, tax, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution obligations.

Local and synced practice data

  • Some preferences and practice data may be stored locally on the device so core practice features can work reliably.
  • When a user signs in, eligible account-linked practice data may sync through Supabase. Sync availability can depend on connectivity, account state, and current service configuration.
  • Global Sadhana displays aggregate counts by journey stage. Arc108 does not publish a participant list or expose another user’s personal practice history through this feature.

Service providers and international processing

Arc108 may use Supabase for authentication and synced app data, RevenueCat for purchase entitlement management, app stores for purchases and subscription billing, Firebase for analytics, crash reporting and messaging, Sentry for diagnostics, and email/support tools for user requests. Optional voice search uses the speech recognition service provided by the device platform, such as Google or Apple. These providers may process data in countries other than where the user lives. Where required, Arc108 relies on appropriate legal safeguards, provider terms, store rules, and security measures for international processing.

User rights and choices

  • Depending on location, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, object to, restrict, or withdraw consent for personal data processing.
  • California users may request to know, delete, correct, limit eligible sensitive data use, and opt out of sale or sharing. Arc108 does not sell personal data.
  • EU, UK, and similar-region users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or consent withdrawal where applicable.
  • India users may use the app or support email to request information, correction, deletion, grievance review, and other rights available under applicable digital personal data protection law.
  • Send privacy requests to support@arc108.in. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on a request.

Retention, deletion, and account closure

  • Arc108 keeps account and synced practice data while the account is active or as needed for app functionality, security, legal, billing, fraud-prevention, tax, dispute, or platform compliance reasons.
  • Users can request deletion from the Account deletion request screen or from arc108.in/delete-account.
  • When an account deletion request is verified, Arc108 will delete or anonymize account-linked synced data unless retention is required for security, legal, billing, fraud-prevention, tax, dispute, or platform compliance reasons.
  • Deleting the Arc108 account does not cancel an active app store subscription. Subscription cancellation, refunds, renewal, and payment method management must be handled in the app store account.
  • Local-only data on a device can also be removed by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app.

Children and safety

  • Arc108 is not directed to children under 13 and is not submitted as a Kids Category app.
  • Children must use Arc108 only with permission and supervision from a parent or guardian where required by local law.
  • If Arc108 learns that it has collected personal data from a child without required consent, it will take appropriate steps to delete or limit that data.
  • Arc108 provides devotional and spiritual support only. It is not medical, mental health, legal, financial, astrology, or emergency advice.
