Delete your Arc108 account
Signed-in users can delete their Arc108 account and synced app data from inside the app after current-device verification. Users who cannot access the app can submit a request from this public page; support must verify ownership before processing that request.
How to request deletion
- Open Arc108 and sign in to the account you want deleted, if you still have app access.
- Go to Account deletion in the app, review the warning, and confirm Delete account now. The signed-in flow starts deletion immediately after the server verifies the current device.
- If you cannot access the app, use the email button on this page.
- Email support@arc108.in with the subject: Delete my Arc108 account.
- Include the account email, phone number if used, Google or Apple account email if used to sign in, and Supabase user ID if the app provides it.
- For emailed requests, support will verify ownership before deleting account-linked data.
What deletion covers
- Supabase auth user after ownership is verified.
- Profile and login-linked account data.
- Saved mantras, saved lists, routines, reminders, practice history, completed listening time, qualified per-mantra listening activity used for anonymous aggregate counts, guided sadhana progress and completion dates, full-access trial status, Pro status, and spiritual journey progress linked to the verified account.
- Account-linked consent records, subject to any retention required to demonstrate compliance with applicable law.
- Referral code data, referral redemption intents, reward status, and purchase-confirmation records linked to the verified account, except where retention is required for fraud prevention, billing, dispute, legal, or platform compliance reasons.
- Other synced app data linked to the verified account.
What deletion does not cover
- App store subscription cancellation. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately in the relevant app store account.
- Payment records held by the app store, bank, card network, or payment provider.
- Information that must be retained for security, legal, billing, fraud-prevention, tax, dispute, or platform compliance reasons.
- Local-only app data on a device that is not synced to an account. Users can remove local app data by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app.
Processing time
The verified in-app flow processes deletion immediately. Emailed requests are processed as soon as practical, usually within 30 days, unless additional verification or a legal, billing, fraud-prevention, tax, dispute, security, or platform review is required.
